HRANA News Agency – Ziya Nabavi, student activist, went back to Semnan prison after the end of his one-week-furlough.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) – Ziya Nabavi, imprisoned student activist in Semnan prison, who had gone to furlough last week, had to return to the prison.
Ziya Nabavi, member of Committee of Defending the Right of Education, was arrested in May 2009, and sentenced to 15 years in prison and 74 lashes, in branch number 26 of the revolutionary court by judge Pira Abbasi. This sentence was reduced to 10 years in court of appeal.
He was exiled to Karoon prison in September 2010, and transferred to Semnan prison in April 2014.
