Mohammad Mozaffari Summoned to the Revolutionary Court

HRANA News Agency – Mohammad Mozaffari, social and nationalist activist was summoned to Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court. This member of the National Front of Students and Graduates Organisation is free on the bail.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mohammad Mozaffari’s hearing will be held in May 2016 according to the summons of Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Salvati.

A source close to the activist said that Mohammad Mozaffari had been charged with propaganda against the regime, gathering and collusion with intention to act against national security and insulting the clergymen.

According to the source, documentations of the allegations included being member of the Iran’s Students and Graduates of the National Front Organisation, and other peaceful activities such as meeting with families of political prisoners, sodality with the Mothers of Park Laleh and sharing their news.

Mohammad Mozaffari was arrested on February 15, 2015 and transferred to Ward 2-A of IRGC Intelligence detention center in Evin prison. He was transferred to ward 8 after three months by the end of the interrogations and was released on the bail after five months of detention on July 11, 2015.
