HRANA News Agency- Korosh (Muhammad) Nasiri was released from prison, Asadullah Hadi and Amanullah Mostaghim were returned to Rajai Shahr prison. According to the report of Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRANA), On Tuesday 18th August, Kourosh Nasiri was released from prison, while Asadullah Hadi, who was sent to the hospital for further treatment, was returned back to the prison and Amanullah Mostaghim, who was outside the prison due to the suspension of his sentence, also was returned to Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj. Kourosh Nassiri was arrested on 24th May 2015, and was charged with participating in the “Campaign to remind Imam Naghi to Shiites” and the Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Pir Abbasi sentenced him to 11 years imprisonment in exile, in Bandar Ganaveh prison, the sentence was upheld precisely on appeal stage. Asadullah Hadi, elderly prisoner, who in addition to heart disease, suffers from meniscus on his knees, kidney and gastrointestinal problems and also has an arrest record in the 80s, was arrested in 2009 on charges of acting against national security and disturbing public order and was sentenced to five years imprisonment. Amanullah Mostagghim a member of the “Baha’is virtual scientific Institutes”, who had been sentenced to five years imprisonment, in the morning of Monday, 20th May, after presenting himself at Evin prison, was detained to serve his sentence, and after a while, he was transferred to ward 4 of Hall 12 of Rajai Shahr prison, in Karaj. |
