HRANA News Agency – Mahmood Salehi, labor activist was released from prison while physical weakness and illness was evident in his appearance.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Mahmood Salehi, the member of Coordination Committee to Help Form Labor Organizations, has been released after 33 days, with a bad physical condition from the intelligence service detention in Sanandaj on Saturday May 30.
Previously and when his case was sent from branch number 5 to branch number 4 of Sanandaj court, his arrest order was extended till June 21, but according to a close source to him, due to his physical and health deterioration he has been released earlier.
According to HRANA, Mahmood Salehi, first was arrested by the order of branch number 5 of Sanandaj court for 15 days. In a telephone call to his family, he had mentioned the interrogation is around his labor rights activities and specifically, the subject of activities in the mentioned committee.
Mahmood Salehi, labor rights activist was arrested by security forces in his house on the brink of international labour day on Tuesday April 28.
