TEHRAN – Health Minister Hassan Qazizadeh Hashemi was honored by Chairman of Iran’s Expediency Council Ayatollah Ali Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani for his exceptionally arduous services, the Mehr News agency reported.
The minster was handed the award for his efforts and innovation in implementing the health program which began on May 6, 2014, with the aim of reducing the cost of medical treatment and drugs.
During the Thursday seminar, three aspiring managers in the government and ten leaders in the private sectors were honored for their efforts and leadership roles.
The annual seminar is held to acknowledge and to give recognition to managers and experts who have contributed to the 20-year outlook plan of the country in industrial sector.
