HRANA News Agency – Following transfer of 75 prisoners from ward 350 to quarantine of ward 7 of Evin prison, on Wednesday evening 12th August, 10 security guards raided ward 350 inspecting with violence and destruction and theft some stuff of Prisoner of Conscience in this ward.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), in this attack at first they took all political and Conscience prisoners to ward 2 and lucked the ward and then searched the ward 1, library, yard and etc.
The security guards in this search which imposed disproportionate burden on prisoners seized and destroyed many of the prisoners’ personal belongings and robbed some other stuff.
Abuse of political and conscience prisoners in ward 350 of Evin prison continue while Rohani Administration in many times has talked about protecting civil rights and human dignity.
