Emphasis on making cases against Iranian immigrants

Radio Farda - Kayhan newspaper, which is published under the auspices of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei's representative, in its Sunday issue calls for the judiciary, The Ministry of Information and Intelligence, law enforcement and other security-related organs to confront the Iranian critics who are planning to return back to Iran .

The newspaper by refering to a Reuters’ report about a possible return of a number of journalist refugees to Iran, has written: " Reuters and Voice of America by naming these escapee elements who were active in the seditions of 1999 and 2009 had claimed that these journalists are planning to return back to their country, but are in fear of what fate awaits their return".

Kayhan Newspaper has called these individuals as "runaway seditious" and has written: "These people are being deported by the coordinated actions of Western intelligence services because they have been turned into worthless elements and these intelligence services do not see any reason to give these elements free money and services. On the other hand, by sending them back to Iran, they can be misused again for the benefit of their press and party in their bases in Iran”.

This newspaper close to Supreme Leader by referring to the statement made earlier by the information minister Mahmoud Alavi who said that: “provided that those who have left the country had not committed any crime, we would guarantee no problems in their return", wrote: " judiciary, Ministry of Information and Intelligence, law enforcement and other security-related organs do not have the right to show slight negligence and neglected discord against these network of hypocrisy and opposition against the revolution".

Kayhan has also written that:” the background history of these people exists in The Ministry of Information and Intelligence and with a simple web search, one can find the details of these traitor elements who push the country close to the edge of a cliff”.

This newspaper close to Ali Khamenei whilst requesting harsh confrontation with these people, in the same news statement has referred to a lack of judicial records on this group of Iranians and has written: “judicial authorities have not presented any case against them and in no judicial centers anything has been filed against these people who have committed these numerous crimes”.

Kayhan has included that one way of preventing the return of these Iranians critics to their country is preparing judicial cases against them, and added that: " The Islamic Republic of Iran's judicial authorities, despite abundant evidence that the deserters betrayed in their hands, against them, still have not presented any complain file against them, but it is expected that the judicial authorities will spend part of their time and capacity to devote to this important issue".
