HRANA News Agency – Despite being under arrest for more than seven months, Houtan Dolati is still in uncertain situation in prison and suffers from physical issues.
According to the report of the Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), Houtan Dolati of Iranian National Front members was arrested on March 16, 2013 as security plainclothes raided his home.
He was in confinement solitary cells of ward 209 and 240 of Evin prison for almost a month and then was transferred to ward 350 of Evin prison.
Houtan Dolati was tried by judge Moqayesseh in branch 28 of Tehran revolutionary court but his verdict is not delivered to him yet and his bail warrant has been cancelled.
One of his relatives told HRANA reporter “Houtan Dolati is suffering from heart disease and has been severely debilitated. He has mitral valve prolapse and is under permanent medical treatment since 2001 which is delayed and
disturbed in the prison.”
