Dervishes are accused to Moharebeh by the regime

IOPHRI - Wednesday December 12th of 2012 Six dervishes of the city of Kavar have been appealed to the second section of the revolutionary- court of Shiraz.

The trial has been accomplished and seven dervishes of the Gonabadi order were present to take their own defense.
Kazem Dehghan, Hamid Arayesh, Mohamad Ali Shamshir Zan, were accused to Moharebeh (Blasphemy) and Fesad fel Arz (fighting against Islam and regime, and spreading mischief on earth!).
Omid Ali Akbari, GolamAli Birami, Mehrdad Keshavarz were accused to carry forbidden arms. These dervishes took their defense in front of the court in presence of their lawyers Mr Nazari and Mr Sadeghi.
A Mullah whose name is Ghaemi was there as the representative of private complainers!
It is to mention that the court has appealed at once 17 dervishes, and listened to only these 7 persons between them, and let the investigation of other cases to another date.

According to the minister of justice Sadegh Larijani the sentence for Moharebeh is death by hanging.
Meanwhile the governmental sites write various articles accusing the Gonabadi Order to be a piece of the puzzle of the western concpiracy against the Islamic-Republic, and not to be related to the school of tradionnal Sufism. (see the detailed report in www.darvishanonline.com).
