GVF -- According to the Kaleme website, Mir Abbas Mousavi, uncle of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi has passed away.
Mousavi reportedly stayed with his uncle until a year after he moved from to Tehran in his youth.
The Green Movement leader has been under an illegal house arrest since mid-February when he, along with fellow opposition leader Mahdi Karroubi, called for protests in support of the Arab Spring.
