The Judicial Assistant of the head of the Khuzestan Judiciary said that 94 death sentences and [hand and feet amputations] were carried out in this province since 2009.
“These sentences were issued and carried out in the last two years and statistics show that the implementation of these sentences has raised Khuzestan’s place in terms of security”, Ali Eftekhari said.
