Human rights lawyer Mohammad Oliyaifard was released from prison on April 18th, according to the RAHANA group. On May 1, 2010, [Iranian regime forces]arrested Oliyaifard using the excuse that one year had passed since he was issued the charge of “Propaganda against the system through giving interviews”. Oliyaifard was released because he had reached the end of his one year prison sentence.
During his imprisonment, some news was published on Oliyaifard’s deteriorating health, but the prison officials did not pay attention.
