Hrana - Government al Judicial Authorities of Iran, Magistrate Court and Court of Appeal have issued 25,975 months imprisonment (suspended & mandatory imprisonment) of which unions have been sentenced to 218, ethnic/national minorities to 1,941, religious minorities to 6,329 months, "Thought and Expression" to 13,101 months, students to 3,563 months, women to118 months, children to150 months, “cultural" to 144 months and Labours to 411 months.
It should be noted that these statistics only include specific case rulings in which the profiles or the identity of those sentenced have been publicly released and gathered by The organization working on gathering statistics and publishing works of Iranian Human Rights Activists
From the above mentioned amounts, Magistrates Courts issued 15,817 months Suspended & Mandatory Imprisonment , as well as 2,190 months deprivation of civil rights, 1,092 months of exile,1,982 lashes, and 5.619,800,000 Rials fine.
Courts of Appeal have also issued 7,685 months of imprisonment, 960 months deprivation of social rights, 1,258 months of exile, in 1,123 lashes and 55,000,000 Rials fine.
