2006 Tuesday 19 DecemberAnother judicial verdict against the Islamic regime outside IranIran Press News: The Islamic regime is once again being confronted with yet another judicial verdict issued outside Iran, against some of it’s highest-ranking officials; the defendants in the case are all being charged with organizing the assassination of a member of the regime’s opposition. The supreme criminal court of Rome by issuing this order announced that the 1993 assassination of Mohammad-Hossein Naghdi, a member of the national resistance council* which occurred in Italy was a part of a widespread campaign for the elimination of the Islamic regime’s opposition members outside who lived outside Iran; some of the highest authorities of the Islamic regime have been named as having had a hand in this assassination. In the compiled court document which is 33 pages it is clarified that the murder of Mohammad-Hossein Naghdi should be considered a political assassination.
