There is 100% freedom of speech in the Islamic Republic but. . .

Iran Press News: Hossein Nejabat, the spokesman for the fundamentalists fraction of the Islamic parlimaent (Majles) said: “In our country there is 100% freedom of speech but this does not mean that people can say whatever they want. The red line of freedom of speech is the observance of the framework of Islam. Obviously there should be a freedom of speech to express one’s views and criticize but this criticism should not be destructive to our rule and command.”
