Iran Press News: The regime-run site Mowj reports: The Volkswagen Company announced that given the current state of affairs, it has no intention of constructing a factory either in Iran or any of the Persian Gulf and the Middle East countries.
The German automobile manufacturing company announced that at present there are no plans to produce automobiles in the region.
Volkswagen sold 8000 cars in the region last year and each year Volkwagen has seen double digit growth of sales; the same numbers are also predicted this year and sales are expected to continue increasing in the region.
