Student activist prohibited from registration and continuation of education

Iran Press News: Ghareeb Sadjadi, student of social sciences at the teacher training university of Tehran, who had passed the enterance exam and was accepted to the masters program of the political science department of Allameh Tabatabaei University, was not allowed to register.

Sadjadi in an interview with Kurdish reporter, Khosrow Kordpour, confirmed the news and stated: “The polling organization refused to allow me to register because of my activities during my internship and training; all my attempts to resolve this problem through legal institutions has been unsuccessful.”

It is worth mentioning that Ghareeb Sajadee has been a member of the teacher training university’s central students association, the publisher of the Kurdish- Persian student publication VALOT, as well as the executive secretary of the scientific sociology association.
